Summary: The boss is deeply concerned. He has become aware that some of his employees are living with HIV, and he knows he must do something. But what? Between moral imperatives and making a good profit, where is the common ground?

Sample topics for discussion:

1) Rewrite the story, imagining that the “boss” is the headmaster of a school or a pastor, priest or imam.

2) In your opinion, what do people living with HIV need and want from their boss? And from their co-workers?
